ADMIN
– Act as the point of contact with the Clients;
– Receive and answer phone call with professional manners;
– Communicate and proceed emails from the Clients;
– Manage agendas/appointments/meeting booking;
– Manage correspondence (e-mails, letters, couriers, etc.);
– Maintain contact lists, update records and Client databases;
– Check and coordinate with outside vendors;
– Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
– Follow and inform IT colleague for solving the relevant issues, support IT colleague with Company website contents (updating);
– Assist other colleagues whenever necessary;
– Other details will be further discussed in the interview.
CLIENT SERVICE:
– Provide quick resolution of client complaints and problems;
– Interacting with clients and building relationships with them while ensuring their needs are met;
– Offering advice to clients on services relevant to overseas immigration and study;
– Being the point of contact, responsible for client experience;
– Participating in solving, monitoring and supporting cases of the Clients;
– Receive and handle problems with the Clients. Report to superiors if needed.
– Can do attitude;
– CV in English with photo is a must;
– Residing in Ho Chi Minh city and major in Hospitality is preferred;
– Have experience working as a Receptionist/Office Admin and Client relationship/office management
relevant to overseas immigration and study services;
– Excellence in written/verbal communication and negotiation skill in both English and Vietnamese;
– Computer proficiency (MS Office in particular);
– Excellent interpersonal skills, business and customer mindset;
– Good knowledge of Client service principles and practices;
– Careful, honest, positive and co-operation attitude.
