1. Labor Compliance Services
  • Registering a new social insurance unit code for the company;
  • Prepare and submit reports through the competent authority’s system upon of changing salary of employees, new hires or leaving;
  • Prepare and submit the required six-month/ time labor movement reports to local labor authorities;
  • Calculate social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance payable monthly;
  • Support in the establishment of trade union.

  • Helping you prepare the labor obligations in comply with Vietnamese law and assisting you to balance your labor-related expenses in a reasonable manner;
  • Notify you timely manner to do labor compliance work, collect information, develop a compliance plan, and report the results to you.
2. Work Permit Services
  • Advising foreign individuals on the need and need for a work permit;
  • Advising foreign individuals on the required documents before applying for a work permit;
  • Advising foreign individuals on the actual situation of applying for work permits in localities in Vietnam;
  • Assisting you in applying the procedures and receiving a work permit or work permit exemption certificate from the authorities.

  • Assisting you in analyzing and choosing the form of employment in Vietnam in compliance with Vietnamese laws and in harmony with the interests of the company and employees;

  • Advising you on how to handle situations that arise related to work permits in the process of hiring foreign individuals or with positions that are exempt from external work permits.
3. Human Resources Services
  • Forming and maintaining employee records;
  • Building templates and internal processes from general to separate processes for each department and division of the Company;
  • Developing general regulations from salary and bonus regulations on job completion assessment, asset use regulations, etc;
  • Developing important company policies such as anti-conflict policy, privacy policy, ESOP policy…

  • Preparing the survey for your operating model to build regulations and processes in line with company culture;
